Projects

Founded, designed,
and built to be used

Field-tested ideas only

These are products I own end to end: the strategy, the economics, the design system, the data model, and the decision of when not to build at all. Each case study is written the way I'd tell it over coffee, numbers included.

Before these

The one that got acquired

founded during a pandemic. would not recommend the timing, would recommend the exit

In 2020 I founded a hyper-local food ordering and delivery marketplace in Mexico, in the middle of the pandemic, and ran it through to acquisition. Over a hundred restaurants, a geo-fencing delivery model that kept fees roughly 30% below the big platforms while staying unit-economics positive, and every hat a founder can wear. That company is why the three projects above exist: I already know I can take something from nothing to sold. Now I'm choosier about what deserves the years. The fuller story lives on the experience page.
